Not for the faint of heart!
Definitely one to work up to, but welcome in any stretcher's arsenal

This is one of the most unusual toys I have used, the sensation is breathtaking.

When inserting, if you don't 'screw' it in, there is definitely a big buttplug pop sensation as it enters.

The feeling as it goes in is equally delectable, but the magic is if I hold the base (so it doesn't spin) the ridges of the screw milk my prostate without fail. I've never had a toy that so reliably does this, it's definately just a brute force prostate milking though as opposed to a prostate orgasm.

My only negative, and it doesn't relate to the toy itself, is that is comes shrink wrapped in plastic rather than in a plastic case or box like most other toys of this price/quality.
