At first I thought I could get away with not getting some, but it's better to be safe. If you need to get untied quickly, or if your knots won't get undone, you'll need scissors designed to cut through rope. These scissors are designed in such a way that they won't cut into skin, so there's no worry about accidentally hurting yourself with these.
